To All Users: Roderick’s Place, LLC is in the process of acquiring Periche-Thomas Enterprises. The acquisition includes all of the trademarks on this site which were formerly trademarks of Periche-Thomas Enterprises, publisher and owner of multiple publications (Digital Mainline Magazine, Business Opportunity Buffet Magazine, Self Help Opportunities Magazine, BWP LIFE Magazine, NextusFlash) and a number of intellectual properties including NEXTUS Global, NEXTUS Mobile, NEXTUS-SOM, as well as the NEXTUS School of Internet Marketing, hereafter referred to collectively as “the Company”. While all references below to “the Company” still refer to Periche-Thomas Enterprises, the Publishing Company, be advised that they may, upon completion of acquisition, be immediately transferred without further notice.

This also refers to the management of SHOBAC: Self Help Opportunities’ Business Advertising CO-OP, which is associated with SHOBACSavings.com.
Therefore, your relationship with this site and “the Company” shall now be construed to mean and refer to your relationship with Roderick’s Place, LLC.

PRIVACY POLICY:

In Short: “We will never pass on, sell, barter, or rent your email address or private information to any unauthorized third party. Period.”

Periche-Thomas Enterprises is a publishing and advertising firm, specializing in Lead Generation and Social Networking. Our Independent Referral Locators are independently contracted persons and/or businesses who have an agreement with the Company to refer people to us and become a Sponsor. For purposes of completing your business transactions with our company, your “basic” information (name, e-mail address, and phone number) will be shared with our Sponsor. Basic Profile Information may be shared with Authorized Company Personnel, specifically Customer Service and Technical Support.

The Company will NOT share your “private” information with our Independent Referral Locators and Independent Marketing Consultants.
1) Definition: Referral Locators a.k.a. your Sponsor (the person who referred you to us); also Marketing Consultants, a.k.a. your Local Merchant Marketing Supplies Salesperson sometimes these two will be one in the same person. In any event, the above named personnel will receive your name, username, email address, and phone number. All other information is considered your private information and will not be disclosed by the company.
2) The information shared with Authorized Company Personnel (i.g. website administrators, and accounting personnel) may be required for purchase and billing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to credit card information and social security information (these are hidden in full after each use, with only the last 4 digits available to our personnel for positive Security ID requirements), date of birth, site passwords, etc.
3) Our newer programs request your Cell phone number. We use SMS Text Messages as a medium of communication to connect you with our Mobile Marketing platforms. You have the option to provide your cell phone number. If you decide to provide your cell phone number, you agree that the Company, or a third party member or subcontractor within our organization, working on behalf of Company, may send you promotional offers for different opportunities that we think may be of interest to you via SMS text messages.

For SMS text messages, you may remove your information by replying “STOP”, “END” or “QUIT” to the SMS text message you received and we will remove your personal information within 10 days of receiving such request.

The Company is also a Publisher of Periodicals, Newsletters, Journals, Magazines, Website Referral Services, and other intellectual properties. Although we may publish 12 months per year, our normal monthly publishing cycle is 11 times: February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December (which due to the Holiday Vacations, the December issues usually include January as one: December-January).

Through our websites, we operate and are paid to act as a portal providing our members with the “opportunity” to link to or connect with other respective companies, business opportunities, and people with your express permission which is given when you Opt in to one of their links, banners, sign-in forms, etc. We will never provide your information to third parties, this is something you elect to do when you opt into thier sites. You agree that we are held harmless for any association with any third party Advertiser, Service Provider, Business Opportunity or from the personal activities of those you may come in contact with as a result of our independent group of Merchants and Entrepreneurs or other advertisers thru Self Help Opportunities Magazine Group and/or our websites.

The Company strives to offer its visitors the many advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. We may use Personally Identifiable Information (your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number) subject to the terms of this privacy policy. We are not in the list selling or leasing or renting business. We will never pass on, sell, barter, or rent your email address or private information to any unauthorized third party. Period.”

How We Gather Information From Users

Governing Law

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by California State, USA law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Alameda County, Hayward, California. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Alameda County, Hayward, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

The Company is controlled, operated and administered entirely from within the State of California, however, as an LLC, it’s officers, directors and subsidiaries may be located in various States or other Countries..
